Thank you for choosing our flower shop! We are committed to providing beautiful, fresh floral arrangements and excellent customer service. Please review our store policies below before placing your order.

Fresh Flowers & Substitutions

We strive to create every arrangement as pictured whenever possible. However, flower availability may vary based on season, weather, and supplier inventory.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to flower availability. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.

If a specific container or decorative item is unavailable, we may substitute it with one of similar style and value.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Orders received after the cutoff will be delivered on the next available delivery date.

Delivery

Please ensure the recipient's name, address, and contact information are accurate when placing your order.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver may:

Leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location.

Leave the arrangement with a neighbor, receptionist, or front desk when appropriate.

Contact the recipient to arrange a suitable delivery location.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Cancellations & Changes

Order changes or cancellations must be requested as early as possible. Once an arrangement has been designed or is out for delivery, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the arrangement to help us resolve the issue.

Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed for issues resulting from incorrect delivery information, recipient unavailability, or improper care after delivery.

Flower Care

Fresh flowers are perishable. To maximize the life of your arrangement:

Keep flowers in fresh, clean water.

Change the water every 2–3 days.

Trim the stems as needed.

Keep arrangements away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.

Proper care will help your flowers remain beautiful for as long as possible.

Special Requests

We are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Please note that certain flower varieties, colors, or containers may require advance notice and are subject to availability.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to seasonal availability and fluctuations in wholesale flower costs.
